I started tattooing with Jimmy at his first shop, Rite Of Passage, in late ’99 into ’00. I stayed there until we were forced to close. I floated around doing things the hard way for a few years, then found myself not tattooing. Jimmy’s then apprentice asked me if I still had my tattoo outfit, a couple of National Swingates, National inks, some tubes from Papillion, and some other stuff. He wanted to buy it, I told him “No”. I still wanted to tattoo but I couldn’t, not having access to proper equipment to clean my instruments among other things. That kind of lit the fire for me to work again. I didn’t start tattooing right away. It wasn’t until Jimmy and Johnny had a friend do a guest spot here at the shop. He wanted me to tattoo him, so I did. The rest is history. Jimmy and Johnny offered me a job. I've Been tattooing here at Native Rituals since October ’05. Now Jimmy and I are hitting tattoo conventions hard! Traveling, doing guest spots, learning, and most important, pushing my tattooing as much as I can. I love doing bold, bright, color pieces, and I do as much script lettering as I can! And I like beer! -----101303------
